Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator and Tour Conductor. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating events held at our event space and conducting tours for potential clients.

Responsibilities: Event Coordinator

- Coordinate all aspects of events held at our event space, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and client communication.

Responsibilities: Tour Conductor

- Conduct tours of our event space for potential clients, showcasing its features and amenities.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless experience for clients from initial inquiry to event execution.

- Assist with marketing efforts to promote our event space and attract new clients.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Responsibilities: Clean Up Staff

Perform pre-event setup tasks, including arranging tables, chairs, and other furniture according to floor plans.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas before, during, and after events.

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or steam clean floors as required to maintain cleanliness standards.

Remove debris and clean spills promptly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Assist with post-event clean-up, including breaking down equipment and returning it to storage areas.

Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of the event space.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements:

- Previous experience hospitality preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
