Prior Project management experience is a plus

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing and training third-party contractors, suppliers and ensuring smooth operation across the team as well as getting our new properties at a ready-to-move-in stage in a timely fashion, and handling any issues or emergencies that arise with guests.
These issues include but are not limited to handling guest lockouts, emergency relocations, as well as keeping the team informed of potential repairs and actions being taken
This position will occasionally require some weekend work
Work with our team to ensure our properties are fully-equipped and move-in ready for our guests
Be company’s "boots on the ground" to help resolve issues impacting our guests such as handling guest concerns, requests, maintenance matters/repairs and technology issues (e.g., supervising handyman/locksmith/plumber, managing deliveries, handling building maintenance/follow-up, resolving WIFI/TV issues, etc.)
Carry out apartments walkthroughs to ensure all quality assurance criteria are met when it comes to post maintenance/service requests, interiors/furnishing specifications, and overall design and aesthetics
Being the main point of contact between our guests and the team
Full operational set-up and maintenance coordination of apartment launches (furnishing, supplies, services, etc) according to brand style and guidelines
Work with the designer on the implementation of design initiatives
Style and manage the photoshoots of the new apartments to ensure spaces look picture perfect
Drive down operational costs and constantly improve processes, while upholding quality standards
Liaise, manage and negotiate with contractors, vendors, and external business partners ensuring that our guests enjoy high standards of client experience
Manage inventory of furniture, consumables, and linens, optimizing safety stocks and reporting furniture malfunctions to appropriate persons
