Job Title: Hospitality Associate
We are seeking warm, out-going, team-oriented individuals to contribute to the hospitality culture of our company. As a valuable member of the team, you are the face of the famous popular observation deck and will be responsible for creating uniquely unforgettable experiences for our guests. Our team members are empowered to create singular moments by displaying a strong attention to detail and anticipating our guests' needs. Applicants should demonstrate an ability to quickly learn and communicate information pertaining to famous popular observation deck.
In this role, you will have specific job duties such as Host, Ambassador, Tour Guide, Retail, Sales, VIP Lounge Server.
You will be the primary point of contact to greet and guide guests through the attraction while providing an exceptional guest service experience. Working hours will include daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Availability on weekends and holidays is required. Fluent English is required and the ability to speak multiple languages is a plus. Applicants must be able to walk, stand, bend, twist, and lift throughout an entire shift. Due to the nature of this role and its responsibilities, the team member must report to the on-site work location during scheduled work hours. Public health and safety are a top priority of every team member. All employees must be committed to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests and staff.
Typical Work Schedule: 7:00AM-3:00PM/4:00PM and 3:00PM-12:00AM
Requirements:

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
1-2+ years prior work experience preferred.
Ability to work assigned work hours determined by the manager.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
Superb written and verbal English communication skills.
Current knowledge or ability to learn computer-based systems required for functions of position.
Required to maintain an overall professional appearance and attitude.
Adhere to all policies and procedures required.
Physical Demands:
Approximately 50% of the time this position requires the below physical demands.
Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 60 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time.
Manual dexterity is required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.).
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to utilize computer monitor and keyboard.
