Job Title: Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will assist customers by converting incoming leads into open data recovery cases and following up with them throughout the process.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries and guide them through the data recovery process
- Convert incoming leads into active cases
- Follow up with customers to provide updates and answer questions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic computer skills
- Prior customer service experience
Compensation & Schedule:
$18-$25 per hour (based on experience)
Full-time (40 hours/week)
