We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join Noor Staffing Group. The ideal
candidate will be the first point of contact for providing exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding
customers through various insurance processes.
Position Summary
Creating a positive first impression by greeting visitors and clients warmly and professionally.
Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence while ensuring accurate routing to appropriate personnel.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional reception area that reflects the company’s values.
Coordinating schedules for meeting rooms and ensuring seamless operation of office events.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and overseeing office supply inventory.
Supporting client-facing interactions by answering inquiries and providing detailed information about the
organization’s services.
Proactively identifying and addressing client needs, ensuring a high standard of service.
Creating leads from data entry and assigning them to producers.
What You Will Need Prior work experience in customer service, data entry, and/or processing; effective
communication skills;
Ability to follow directions: ability to interact courteously and effectively with a variety of people;
Ability to handle pressure and perform multiple tasks.
Must be able to (at minimum) type35 WPM.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Job

This is a temp to perm assignment and duration is determined by business needs.
Average assignments are ongoing and many result in conversion to perm status4-6 monthsafter hire date.

Remote Work Hours
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Some Saturday: work is required
Onsite Work shifts: will be 11:30 am – 8 pm, 11 am – 7:30 pm, and 10:30 am – 7 pm
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
0 - 1 years of experience
Pay Rates:
Remote Spanish: $17/hr
Remote Mandarin, Bangla, Cantonese, Russian:$18.00
Onsite Spanish -$19.00
Onsite: Bilingual Russian, Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Arabic, Bangla:$20.00
Assessment:
Qualifying candidates must take a3-part evaluation online, which will be sent via email. The assessment will include the
following sections:
1.Typing-Must perform at 35 wpm (words per minute)
2.Basic Computer Literacy- must achieve a 70% out of 100 to pass
3.Customer Service Mindset Survey– must achieve a 70% out of 100 to pass
The assessment will be completed on a PC.
