We are seeking dedicated and empathetic customer service representative to join our team on a fulltime basis. This role involves handle customer interactions over the phone and emails specifically dealing with returns and complaints. additionally, the position including filing and screening documents.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- provide excellent customer service over the phone and emails
-Manage and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
-Ensure all customers interactions are documented accurately
-Collaborate with team members to improve customer service process

-Previous experience is preferred
