Job Description: We seek a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and take orders over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone skills, a good understanding of computers, and a passion for helping customers.
Key Responsibilities:
-Answered incoming customer calls and provided assistance with orders, product information, and general inquiries.
-Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our computer system.
-Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and courteously.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service.
Requirements:
-Excellent verbal communication and phone skills.
-Proficient in using computers.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30
We need someone ready to start as soon as possible.
