AVAILABLE POSITIONS
SCHOOL BUS DRIVER (Queens, NY)
Starting Pay: $21-$23/hr.
Essential Duties:
Transport children ages 2-5 to and from school
Must be able to report to depot by 5:30am
Job Requirements:
New York State CDL Class A, B, C with a passenger endorsement.
No prior experience required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Bonus if you have 19A Certificate.
$2000 Sign-on Bonus
Paid Training
Monday -Friday schedule
BUS AIDE (Queens, NY)
Starting Pay: $16/hr.
Essential Duties:
Must report to depot at 5:30am-6:00am
Must know how to properly secure devices for safety restraints, wheelchairs, and seat belts.
Assist the driver in the proper loading and unloading of passengers.
Supervise and assist passengers in transit.
Report any concerns regarding passengers to the driver and to the appropriate building staff.
Occupy a seat that provides the best opportunity for passenger supervision while the bus is in motion.
Job Requirements:
Will be required to obtain matron certificate.
CDL MECHANIC
Starting Pay: $25/hr. (depending on experience)
Essential Duties:
Performs all routine repairs.
Performs major repairs, as assigned, such as removal / reinstallation of motors and transmissions. Responds to on the road breakdowns.
Diagnoses mechanical and/or electrical problems.
Perform necessary repairs as instructed. This includes installation of ramps, lifts, seatbelts, seats, and wheelchair securing systems, etc.
Performs field maintenance checks of vehicles at other facilities outside of the garage location.
Requirements:
Minimum three (3) years' experience in commercial automotive repairs establishment.
Knowledge of hydraulic systems (lifts and brakes); air systems (a/c, air brakes, air ride suspension); diesel; computerized electrical systems; anti-lock brake systems.
