ABOUT THIS ROLE:
As a Budtender, you will be the face of the dispensary, helping customers with personalized recommendations, ensuring compliance, and creating a memorable experience. You’ll play a vital role in educating consumers and supporting the overall success of our retail operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers and provide tailored product recommendations
Stay informed on cannabis strains, terpenes, THC/CBD profiles & consumption methods
Ensure all transactions comply with state & local cannabis regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor & display cases
Support inventory restocking, cash handling & POS transactions
Promote loyalty programs & in-store promotions
QUALIFICATIONS:
21 years of age or older (required by law)
Passionate about cannabis & customer service
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Experience in retail, hospitality, or cannabis a plus
Must be reliable, punctual & detail-oriented
Ability to stand for long periods & lift up to 25 lbs
