Job Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls promptly and courteously
Schedule and enter ride requests accurately using Limosys dispatch system
Confirm trip details and relay information to customers (pickup, fare estimates, wait times, etc.)
Monitor active trips in the system and support drivers with updates or problem resolution
Provide courteous customer service, including handling inquiries, complaints, or rescheduling requests
Maintain accurate call logs, trip notes, and records in the system
Manage multiple phone lines and tasks in a fast-paced environment
Follow company procedures, performance standards, and applicable regulations
Available Shifts
We are currently hiring for the following shifts:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Thursday to Sunday)
Scheduling Note
All positions require flexibility. New hires will begin with a flexible schedule and may be asked to cover shifts when others are absent. Consistent or fixed shifts are not guaranteed at the start. Operators who demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism will be considered for more regular, set schedules over time.
Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred, but not required)
Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and adaptable
Experience with Limosys or other dispatch software a plus (training provided if no prior experience)
No prior experience necessary – training provided
What We Offer:
Starting pay: $16.50 per hour
Part-time position (24+ hours per week)
Training provided – no experience needed
