Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for tenants, building staff and vendors. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from tenants, property owners, and vendors.
Address and resolve tenant concerns, maintenance requests, and lease-related questions promptly.
Maintain accurate records of communications, work orders, and service requests in our database.
Coordinate with maintenance teams and property managers to ensure timely resolutions.
Assist with lease renewals, move-in/move-out procedures, and tenant onboarding.
Send out rent invoices and payment reminders to tenants and follow up on overdue payments.
Provide general administrative support, including document preparation and filing.
Qualifications & Skills:
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
Previous experience in customer service, property management, or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of QuickBooks
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
This is a Full-time, in-person position, requiring availability Monday through Friday from 9-6 PM . No remote work is offered for this role.
