We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service oriented individual, with the ability to provide high quality of customer service to our customers and develop a professional working relationship with our affiliates.

As a Customer Service Representative you will:

Manage inbound calls from our cash and corporate non-emergency transportation queues

Listen and obtain information from callers in a professional, systematic and organized manner

Maintain flexibility in efforts to provide quality service to our callers to help the company with its operational and business goals

Work systematically and efficiently with all stakeholders

Keep information organized and accessible, maintains clean and functional work space

Perform other related duties and assigned tasks

Promotes mutual respect among drivers, customers and team members

Our requirements are:

Proof of COVID Vaccination or medical or religious exemption

Bilingual - English and Spanish a MUST

High School diploma or GED

Previous call center experience or dispatching (livery base with Limosys Software) a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer focused environment

Flexibility to work weekends, over nights and / or holidays as required

Exemplary phone communication skills

Ability and desire to provide outstanding customer service

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Possess a great personality and team spirit

Ability to relate to a diverse group of customers and their requests

Ability to identify and empathize with customer needs and circumstances

Possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Punctuality and excellent attendance are critical

Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Ability to meet or exceed performance objectives established by the company

Possess and exhibit high ethical and best in practice standards.
