About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Prepare, edit, and distribute documents and correspondence
Assist with scheduling appointments, and inspections
Support various departments with administrative tasks
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Previous administrative or office support experience is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
