About the Role
KALLATI is seeking an Entry Level Inventory and Operations assistant to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the Managing Director, this person will be responsible for helping to organize KALLATI's in office operational processes.
Jewelry experience is highly relevant
This role is queens / Long Island based. Remote is not possible for this kind of role since you'll be working with physical items.

Responsibilities
Pack, ship, label custom orders
Organize new product coming in and out of the office.
Use inventory tracking software to maintain database.
Help with larger client orders, organizing retailer shipments
This Job is Entry Level but some Skills And Attributes that can be a bonus are:
Experience with merchandising
Experience developing SOPs, tools, and resources; experience facilitating training is preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Experience managing vendor relationships and budget or expense management
Familiarity with Excel, data analytics tools, and G-Suite
Strong integrity, a growth mindset, and an understanding of the importance of inviting everyone in the room to be heard.
