3. We have a proven track record, we are REVENUE producing and very profitable. We also have an impressive real estate portfolio of OWNED PROPERTIES with expansion opportunities available on multiple fronts of our business.

5. We have a full construction team and admin staff along with a talented group of designers, engineers and architects all under one roof.
6. We are licensed in multiple states to practice engineering and architecture which creates many opportunities for expansion & growth. We have the infrastructure in place and are ready to grow! The hard work has already been done!

8. The founder has other successful businesses which complement this firm and allow for major growth. Possible partnership opportunities available as well with these other entities
9. Founder owns 100% of the company

We are not in a rush or hurting for cash just looking for the right partner to help run the day to day, help grow the firm and travel with founder to high ticket meetings with our existing clients to ensure continual business relationships. You will also help deal with all the headaches and putting out fires that come with running a company.
We are looking for the right fit and this person will have the following:
Strategic Partner with strong Senior level management experience and preferably engineering experience, architectural experience and/or general contracting experience. With only so many hours in the day, the Founder's schedule is constantly full and a strong partner is needed to help grow the company and profit together.
1. If you are interested in being a partner you would need to invest capital which in turn would grant you equity, stock share, profit shares (all subject to negotiation) and the opportunity to work with an amazing team/firm and the ability to expand and grow with us as we are ready to grow our market share. Only accredited investors will be considered per Rule 506(c).
2. We will still consider partnerships with individuals who are interested in only investing capital as a silent partner or angel investor and share in the profits at a predetermined percentage. You would receive equity based on the amount you would be investing (all subject to negotiation). Only accredited investors will be considered per Rule 506(c).
3. Qualified candidates will receive an invitation for an exclusive tour of our operations, providing them with a firsthand glimpse into the foundations of our success.
