Position Summary:
As our Operations & Customer Success Associate, you'll support daily operational activities, assist in coordinating projects, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the smooth delivery of our home care and landscaping services. This role involves direct client communication, scheduling coordination, on-site support, and collaboration with field teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Communicate directly with clients to coordinate scheduling, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
Support field operations by assisting with project coordination, job tracking, and logistical planning.
Assist in preparing and managing client quotes and service agreements to ensure clarity and profitability.
Utilize CRM software (such as Salesforce or similar) to manage client records, schedules, and operational data.
Collaborate closely with landscaping and handyman teams to optimize workflows and ensure timely completion of projects.
Identify client needs proactively and address concerns swiftly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of landscaping and home maintenance best practices.
Qualifications:

Comfortable coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Work Schedule:
Full-time, 5-day work week position (with opportunities for advancement and flexibility over time).
