Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in assisting with the day-to-day operations and supporting the development and growth of our business. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent administrative and communication skills. This position will work closely with the business owner, providing support in various areas including administration, project management, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the company’s operations run smoothly. Includes scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing documents.

Project Management Assistance: Assist in the planning and execution of business projects, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

Strategic Planning Support: Help in developing and implementing business strategies and plans, under the guidance of the business owner.

Communication and Coordination: Act as a point of contact between the business owner, employees, clients, and other external partners.

Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, gather data, and prepare reports to support decision-making.

Financial Assistance: Aid in basic financial management, including invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reporting.

Marketing and Social Media Support: Assist with marketing campaigns and manage social media accounts, if required.

Event Planning and Coordination: Organize and coordinate business events, meetings, and conferences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a business assistant or similar role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and business software (e.g., CRM).

A strong understanding of business operations and processes.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
