P/T Bookkeeper
Sky Light Center, a community based not for profit social service agency, seeks a part time bookkeeper to work in person. Candidates must be able to perform the following duties:
Bank reconciliation
Process payroll and payroll changes (ADP)
Prepare checks for payment to vendors
Assist administrators with fiscal tasks as needed
Filing, letter writing, generate reports as needed
Work with CFO as needed
Adhere to organizational internal controls
Educational/Job experience:
Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance
A minimum of two years relevant work experience (not for profit a plus)
Trained in Quickbooks and Excel and payroll processing
Work schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10am – 2pm (in-person)
