Property Accountant
Compensation is 110-130k
Complete and review month-end closing, reconciliation, and monthly financial statements
Lead and supervise payments to vendors & employee expenses
Review and generate budget variance reports and budget forecasts.
Prepare workpapers for prepaid expense, accruals, and other supporting calculations.
Assist with year-end activities and coordinate with auditors
