A construction company in Long Island City is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Various NYC, NYS & Federal payroll reporting,
OCIP reporting,
Assistance in processing payroll,
Preparing various weekly reports,
Processing various payroll related activities ex. maintaining records, recording entries, assisting in audits etc.
Qualifications:
Two or more years of payroll experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel required
Experience with Sage 300 highly preferred, but not required,
Excellent written and verbal skills
The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
