We are seeking a part-time Office Admin to manage all our administrative duties in the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing office supplies: Ordering, organizing, and maintaining an inventory of office supplies and equipment
Scheduling: Building schedules, optimizing staffing levels, and managing labor costs
Administrative tasks: Handling correspondence, managing file systems, and updating contacts databases
Equipment maintenance: Overseeing and maintaining office equipment for uninterrupted function
Vendor relationships: Managing vendor relationships and coordinating food deliveries when requested
High School Diploma required, preferable Bachelor's degree
MUST HAVE TOAST PAYROLL EXPERIENCE
Prior experience working in Hospitality setting (restaurants, hotel, entertainment etc.) preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks a plus
Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Self-starter
