Construction Management Company seeks full time Bookkeeper with 5 years of Accounting software experience with focus on QuickBooks. Exceptional attention to detail is a must.
Daily tasks include but not limited to:
Data entry of invoices & payables. Scanning of documents. Organizational skills needed to maintain the physical & digital files.
Ability to multi task. Excellent verbal and written skills a must. Must maintain company calendar. Order office supplies as needed.
Looking to hire for April 2025.
