Responsibilities include:
Preparing individual personal income tax returns
Answering Phones and taking messages, with clear communication and great customer service skills
Be polite, professional and patient
Make up client folders and take copies of customer document
Answer client questions and be able to research info and follow directions
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
