The US Branch of a large european group, present on the US Market for more than 50 years is looking to hire as soon as possible a CFO who will report to the Group Financial Management based at the head office in France.
Main mission will consist of:
- Assisting the COO and the Group CFO based in Europe in formulating the company’s and financial plans and support managers on tactical initiatives (pricing, business negotiations…)
- . Analyzing prices, submitting new ideas in order to increase sales and revenues with financial results and variances versus budget or last forecast.
-. Maintaining budgets, improvement plans, new organizations, processes, methods and systems
- Monitor and coordinate all risks and open legal issues involving the company with the help of the Group’s support services (Legal, Tax, Insurance, Credit Management).

REQUIREMENTS
Master’s Degree in Finance/accounting
5 + years experience in same capacity
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Proven planning and organizational skills
Ability to motivate and lead a team
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong problem solving and math skills.
Strong knowledge of accounting.
Good Knowledge IN FRENCH
