Req Number 117070Job DescriptionLeads and manages the on-time delivery ofmarketing and communications related programs and projects, managing stakeholders and resources across key functional areas, including creative, digital channels, analytics, productionand trafficking.Job Responsibility

Manages the full life-cycle of complex and high-velocity projects and programs, ensuring that project initiatives and timelines are met with minimal supervision.

2.Uses knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of functional objectives and principles to achieve goals in innovative ways.

Serves as project/technical lead on both short- and long-term projects.

Plans scope, timeline and execution of marketing projects, determining daily priorities for the team and providing technical guidance to team members.

Collaborates with Senior Leadership in determining methods and procedures for new tasks and supports the refinement and development of new project management processes to drive efficiencies.

Reviews and coaches team members on copy, layout and proofs for accuracy, adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards, and coordinates team and client approvals of all assets.

7.Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and communicates project updates to Senior Leadership.

Selects, negotiates with, and coordinates the work of vendors, contractors, or subcontractors.

Particpates in the hiring and promotion process, providing input on performance management.

Trains and mentors new hires and team members on best practices and technical skills.
