The purpose of this role is to develop and implement strategies to expand the Bosch Car Service network throughout North region with below KPIs: White Spot Mapping: Identify white spots in the region suitable for network expansion and VP deliveryLead Management: Manage the optimum level lead funnel with sophisticated tools like C4CStandardization: Ensure similar look and feel of the infrastructure across the region Implementation of Dealer Operating Standards and compliance for Service InfrastructureImplementation of Centralized Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and deployment of other IT platformsCoordinate with Zonal / Area Team for successful implementation of Service Policies of BoschProvide support to Zonal team / Channel for resolution of Dealer concerns and improve Dealer Satisfaction with Bosch.
