Description We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO in New City, New York. This role will involve handling a broad spectrum of responsibilities including project management, scheduling board meetings, drafting reports, and data analysis. The candidate should have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and have experience with calendar management. Responsibilities: Manage scheduling and preparation for board meetings, ensuring all materials are prepared and distributed in a timely manner. Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items. Draft reports using data, demonstrating an understanding of key metrics such as percentage change over time. Use Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets and sort information. Handle various administrative tasks including correspondence and documentation. Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Provide general support to visitors.
