Our client, a leading organization in community support, is seeking an IT Help Desk Representative to join their team. As an IT Help Desk Representative, you will be part of the IT Department supporting various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: IT Help Desk RepresentativeLocation: Newburgh, NYPay Range: $18.00 - $20.00What's the Job?

Provide comprehensive IT support for all staff at various locations and during company functions.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to the imaging and reimaging of computers and hard drives.

Perform installations, moves, additions, changes, and decommissioning of all technology and user equipment.

Provide timely customer support via phone, remote support tools, or in person as needed.

Maintain and update all company technology as assigned by the IT Manager.

Strong technical knowledge of computer systems and software applications.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and provide support.

Organizational skills to maintain inventory and databases effectively.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
