The Arc Wayne in Newark, NY is seeking an organized, professional and detail oriented part time Program Assistant to perform receptionist and clerical duties to support our Roosevelts Children's Center. Answers and transfers phone calls

Welcomes and directs visitors

Maintains information in databases

Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions

Maintains Excel sheets and student files

Assists other team members as needed

Roosevelt Children's Center has a long history of providing extraordinary dedication and expertise in guiding healthy development for children for five years old or younger in a variety of home, community and center-based options. Roosevelt Children's Center serves families and children in Wayne, Ontario, Monroe, Cayuga, Seneca and Yates Counties.

Schedule : Monday through Friday 11 am to 5:30 pm (30 hours)

Skills, Education and Experience Required for a Program Assistant:

High School Diploma/GED

Computer experience including Microsoft Office and Electronic record/documentation software.

Excellent organizational and communication skills
