Responsible for administering the EMR credentialing program to end-user trainers and evaluating their ability to conduct the training programs. Provides technical guidance and direction to support team members, contractors, and/or vendors.Job Responsibility1.Develops the EMR training curriculum, overall training strategy, and creates and maintains the training environment. Creates instructional materials including courses, curriculum, student guides, training materials, visual, audio, and interactive learning tools.2.Defines and documents learning objectives.3.Conducts needs analysis and performance analysis to ensure learner-centered experiences.4.Conducts curriculum review meetings with educators to capture feedback and identify areas to update and optimize; redesigns content to ensure it matches the learner's needs.5.Creates templates for the team to utilize that enhance the learner's experience.6.Updates and manages course details in the Learning Management System (LMS).7.Adapts training based on survey feedback.8.Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach and completion of own tasks/responsibilities of substantial complexity.9.Regularly exercises independent judgment on matters of significance including selecting methods, techniques for obtaining results, and making recommendations.10.Provides technical guidance and direction to support team members, contractors, and/or vendors.11.Performs related duties as required.
