Monitor Production Processes: Ensure all food production processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct Inspections: Perform routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to verify quality.
Ensure Compliance: Verify adherence to food safety regulations, such as FDA, USDA, HACCP, and local health codes.
Document Findings: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
Testing and Analysis: Conduct microbiological, physical, and chemical testing of food products and ingredients.
Develop and Implement SOPs: Create and update standard operating procedures for quality control processes.
Oversee Sanitation Practices: Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene protocols are followed across all areas of production.
Train Staff: Provide training to production and warehouse staff on quality control standards and procedures.
Identify Defects: Detect product defects or deviations from quality standards and recommend corrective actions.
