Req Number 115314Job DescriptionThis role will work within Northwell's CRM Center of Excellence(CoE). This CoE plays a critical part in Northwell's digital transformation and has a mandate to align all constituent relationships into a rationalized program built a cutting-edge technology.This position manages the early stages of product development within the CRM Center of Excellence by working with end users, and solution and technical architects to evaluate and understand what is required to build tools that benefit the constituents of Northwell Health. It is expected that this position will own the product lifecycle by working closely to ensure all requirements are known and that proposed and built solutions live up the criteria expected. Delivering these solutions within expected timelines and with expected functionality will make this role success and is crucial to the long-term success of Northwell's CRM Center of Excellence.Job Responsibility
Works with a cross-functional team to ensure fulfillment of product requirements, evaluates product performance and transitions products from development to commercialization. Defines the nature and scope of the service, and works with other planning roles, relationship managers and capacity planners to forecast demand for each service.
Assists in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases and regular corrective service or service pack releases. Acts as a technical consultant to the product organization and participates in research and prototyping of innovative technologies and products. Ensures the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business roadmap.
Acts as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development and requirements.
Supports major releases and ensure feature enhancements respond to customer requests. Responsible for product delivery managing schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development.
Regularly creates a service improvement plan - in terms of people, processes and technology - to improve a service.
Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years' experience with the Salesforce platform Experience in healthcare preferred Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft and Data Cloud preferred.
