Our client, a leading hospital is hiring a Help Desk Consultant on a contract basis.
Work Location: Melville, NY/Forrest Hills, NY Summary The new Patient Throughput Management Value Stream for Enterprise TeleTracking will require Help Desk support for LIJFH Go Live. Enterprise TeleTracking is a net new application at LIJFH and requires an onsite command center. The help desk resources will be answering all of the calls in the command center and documenting the issues on a standard ticket.
