DescriptionThis position is an integral part of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team which is responsible for providing the most Senior management and the Executive team with presentations, reports, and analysis related to the financial results of the business including, but not limited to the Monthly Forecast Estimate, Annual Financial Plan, Quarterly Earnings, and Corporate Strategy.This is a highly visible role, where the deliverable must be accurate, complete, and presentable, and may be delivered to the most senior levels within the financial organization. This position requires frequent and regular interaction with senior level executives, including all Brand Finance Leaders, along with VPs of Finance, Controllers, Assistant Controllers, VP Strategy, VP Investor Relations, etc
Contributions to the preparation of monthly presentations for the CFO to be delivered to various stakeholders in the company, including a current "state of the business" and focusing on action items directed to the ELT members, along with trends, analysis, and insights.
Create and ensure accuracy of narrative insights into the business including margin impact of shifts of business mix, foreign currency fluctuation, acquisitions, brand, regions, segment, and channel trends, balance sheet metrics, etc. This includes compiling and publishing related Metrics and KPIs to provide transparency, insights and consistent sales, profit, and capital reporting to Senior Management to drive effective and efficient allocation of the company's investments. Review of the highest level of analysis, including ad hoc requests from the CFO, requiring in⁃depth knowledge of the business and all related macro issues including market issues, foreign exchange impacts, inflation, competition, etc.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in Hyperion Smartview or similar tool
Working knowledge of OneStream and SAP
Advanced Proficiency in PowerPoint
Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines and multitask to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
