Associate Cyber Security Analyst

Req Number 116854Job DescriptionProtects the organization's digital assets from unauthorized access. This includes securing systems which protect both online and on-premise infrastructures, responding to alerts, mitigating risks before breaches occur and supporting efforts to contain, triage and recover from cyber incidents when they occur.Job ResponsibilityWorks on straightforward assignments to protect computer systems, networks, and data from loss and potential service interruptions due to cyber incidents. Analyzes and documents cyber security risks, breaches, and incidents by following documented procedures. Analyzes, reports, and responds to detected cyber incidents. Uses cybersecurity tools to proactively search for threats to systems and networks. Operates cyber security software and follows established protocols to protect systems and information infrastructure. Regularly contributes to objectives and collaborates with the cyber security team to perform tests and find network weaknesses. Assists with researching and recommending cyber security tools/systems which enhance protection, detection and response capabilities. Follows standard cyber security policies, techniques and practices. Seeks new information and keeps current on the latest cyber security intelligence technologies, trends, and standards.
