Full Stack Engineer (80% Remote - Must Travel to NYC)

Title: Full Stack Engineer

Type: Contract Length: 6+ Months Location: Mostly remote with travel required for 3 days every 6 weeks to Manhattan, New York Our client is looking for a Full Stack Developer who has a specialized focus on testing and developing C# applications/services (.NET Core and Kubernetes are preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Define and build performance tests for web based and mobile applications with JMeter
  • Build automated regression test suites with Selenium and Specflow for BDD, JMeter and Visual Studio Unit Tests
  • Build user experience using Modern Web App Framework (React) and iOS applications using Xamarin
  • Build backend in API and message processing service using C# and message queueing systems: Service Bus, MQ Series, and Kafka
  • Work in a small Agile team developing applications, services, automated tests and experiences that will provide situational awareness capabilities to end users

Required Skills

  • .NET Core/C# experience
  • JSON
  • JMeter
  • SpecFlow for BDD
  • DevOps experience (prefer Azure DevOps)
  • Experience with team that uses CI/CD pipelines (automation testing in pipelines)
