Description Design and conduct both general and evaluative user research using both qualitative and quantitative methods (i.e., field observations, usability studies, 1:1 interviews, surveys) Recruit participants and conduct end-to-end interview process, analyzing findings into actionable insights Tailor and communicate findings to all levels of the organization Work cross-functionally with teams in Product Management, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other strategists MINIMUM 3+ years of experience in the field of user research 3+ years of experience working for a company where the primary product is a "digital experience" (i.e., eCommerce marketplace, mobile app, etc) History of strong collaboration with teams in Product Management, Design, Data Science, and Engineering Preferred a Master's Degree or higher in a STEM discipline, Human Computer Interaction, Statistics, or Social Psychology Leading and global media and entertainment company with domestic and global offices around the world.
