Location\: 400 Stonebreak Road Ext, Malta, NY 12020 Position Title\: Princ Anlst Business Sys Anlys Hours\: Monday - Friday, 8\:00 am to 5\:00 pm Summary of Duties\: Responsible for the translation of business ideas into opportunities, design solutions, and handling critical support issues. Interacts with business stakeholders to understand business needs, reviews the current solution and identifies gaps. Applies knowledge while analyzing application issues and recommend enhancements or permanent fixes. Troubleshoots application functions. Identifies root cause of issues. Provides functional fixes or design and suggest best options to users, considering overall ease of use, stability of the solution and cross functional dependencies. Designs and architects the solutions based on prioritized requirements. Works on project executions with the Biz partners, cross functional IT teams and external vendors to deliver multiple initiatives on time, within budget, quality and user expectations. Assists in critical financial period close activities. Qualification: Qualifications\: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field of study and 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience in IT systems or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a master's degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience in IT systems or related occupation. Requires experience in\: Oracle EBS R12, including table structure and dependencies, designing and implementing interfaces, extensions, customizations and reports; specialized in Oracle SCM (Supply chain management) modules like Procurement, Inventory, WIP and Cost accounting applications, with knowledge of material transactions and inventory valuation; hands on experience in at least two of the following Oracle processes\: Oracle Payables with any automated invoice processing, Process Manufacturing, or Integrations with external systems, including Financial Accounting Hub; Java languages; PL/SQL and Oracle database procedures and package development; troubleshooting in PL/SQL; and knowledge of Manufacturing cost basics and costing process.
