Help Desk Analyst I

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in LONG ISLAND CITY, New York. This role is in the IT industry, where you will play a key role in assisting users with connectivity issues, maintaining active directory and exchange, and handling VoIP related tasks. Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of calls from users and escalate them as necessary Assist end users with connectivity issues to ensure a smooth workflow Maintain the active directory and exchange, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate Manage VoIP related tasks, ensuring optimal communication within the team Install and configure network equipment as per the company's guidelines Configure mobile devices for the end users, ensuring they are set up correctly for optimal usage Monitor all user accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as Help Desk Analyst I Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Extensive knowledge and experience with Active Directory Demonstrated experience with VoIP technologies Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Demonstrated customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality user support Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Must have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is preferred Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
