Our growing digital marketing agency seeks an exceptional client success/account manager to be the main point of contact and advocate for an assigned book of accounts. This opportunity is for you if you possess stellar communication abilities, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
In this critical customer-facing role, you will:
Build and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders to fully comprehend their business objectives, challenges, and measures of success.
Prepare for and lead monthly account review meetings, analyzing campaign performance data and providing strategic recommendations.
Proactively communicate relevant ideas, content, and industry developments to clients.
Track campaign results and progress towards predefined targets, serving as an internal champion for increasing qualified leads
Coordinate across internal teams to guarantee timely and high-quality deliverables to clients.
Log all client requests and projects in our centralized system to maintain task oversight.
We are seeking candidates with:
1-3 years in a client/account management position, preferably at a digital marketing, advertising, or web design agency
Superb verbal, written, and presentation skills
Impeccable follow-up and attention to detail
Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts and metrics
Proficiency with CRM platforms

Salary range - $40,000 - $52,000 + Bonus
