We are a large property maintenance company servicing hundreds of accounts in the tristate area and were currently looking for heavy equipment contractors for larger storm clean ups.

Work available either during or after larger winter storms (10 inches and above)
We service hundreds of commercial properties including the following :
- Restaurants (Wendys, McDonalds, Taco Bell)
- Shopping malls
- Hospitals
- Lowes
- Home Depot
- Target
- Wal Mart
- Costco
We have a lot of large properties with heavy equipment already on them, however, some of our medium sized properties become problems with large amounts of snow including the following properties:
- Storage Units
- Hotels
- HOA's
- Apartment Buildings
- Smaller Shopping Plazas
- Assisted Living Communities
- Stand Alone Buildings With Parking Lots
We are looking to ideally work with companies that have heavy equipment and would like to put there equipment to work during larger winter weather events.
How we have pricing varies based on the equipment that you have. If you can provide hourly pricing for your machine I think that would be best moving forward.
Also, if you're interested in price per job, when you get to the commercial property, we can talk about a price to clean up the property if you prefer as an option.

(With or Without Snow Pushers)
YOU DO NOT NEED SNOW PLOW INSURANCE. Our company will be handling the insurance on these properties.
Payment: We pay directly after the event by either Zelle, PayPal or Direct Deposit, Company Check.
We would ideally like to work with the same company for future work.
