What to Expect

We are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Luggage Repair Technician.

ou will contribute to the overall success of the organization by ensuring that our luggage repairs meet and exceed our company and industry standards. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and want our repair process to align accordingly.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Inspecting articles for defects and remove damaged or worn-out parts, using hand tools.

Repairing luggage to functionality as per each warranty.

Repairing or replacing hardware and wheels using proper repair equipment.

Aligning and stitching materials such as fabric, seams etc.

Re-sewing seams and replacing handles or defective parts of suitcases.

Qualifications

Prior technical, hands-on repair experience required; experience with handbags, luggage, back-packs or other soft goods repair preferred. Experience with accessory repair, such as watches or jewelry also preferred.

Prior experience using power hand tools such as drills, screw guns, etc.

Must be able to lift/carry at least 15-20 lbs.

Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.

Strong time management Skills.

Ability to troubleshoot, assemble and repair products.

Ability to read basic orders and directions in English is preferred.

Computer experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm EST

On site /In-person
