This is a PART TIME office position. Looking for someone to fill the role of an assistant to the Project Manager for a commercial construction company. Knowledge of and/or background in construction would be a big plus!
Position entails working closely with the Project Manager on all job details from ordering supplies, getting approvals on materials from clients, writing proposals, keeping jobs running smoothly and more.
Computer skills are a must - mostly in Word and Excel. Basic math skills are needed as well. Organization and being timely is key. Company is very fast paced.
Salary is based on experience and could range anywhere from $20-$35 per hour but open to discussion.
This is non union and there are no medical benefits. There is an opportunity to join the 401K plan.
This position is starting as part time - roughly 32 hours a week, but open to discussion.
