Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Electrical Mechanic with 5+ years experience as well as Junior Electrical Mechanic with 2+ years experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various electrical systems, specifically high end residential work as well as a strong understanding of safety protocols. Must have good communication skills.
Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems
- Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers
- Identify electrical problems using testing devices
- Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electric Code
- Collaborate with construction teams to complete projects timely and accurately
- Read technical diagrams and blueprints
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Mechanic
- High end residential new construction and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of various electrical systems including low voltage, high voltage, and industrial settings
- Familiarity with hand tools and electrical equipment
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Experience in commercial and residential settings is a plus
- Frame carpentry skills are advantageous but not required
