Construction company/developer seeks experienced construction foreman who is EXPERIENCED with residential and commercial construction. Job responsibility will include but not limited to:
Communication and scheduling of subcontractors, material take-offs and ordering, client relations, daily progress reports. Quality control of all trades. Blueprint reading a must. Misc. carpentry work including punch list items, all areas of residential construction.
