5+ yrs experience
Responsibilities:
-Prep vehicles for painting by cleaning/sanding/masking
-Mix & apply appropriate types & colors of paints
-Problem Solver
- Follow manufacturer guidelines for application & curing
- Inspect completed paint jobs for quality
-Maintain & clean & organize paint shop & tools
-Adhere to all safety regulations
-Collaborate with other techs & team member to ensure efficient work flow
-Valid driver license
-Strong attention to detail
-Knowledge of different types of paint and their application techniques
-Ability to multi task
-Excellent communication skills
-Leadership skills
