Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service by training and supervising staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. 3. Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, retain existing clients, and increase revenue through promotions, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
4. Financial Management: monitor expenses, and analyze reports to optimize profitability.
5. Staff Development: train, and motivate spa staff, including therapists, estheticians, and front desk personnel, to deliver exceptional service and achieve business goals.
6. Quality Control: Ensure services meet or exceed industry standards by conducting regular quality assessments, implementing improvements, and staying updated on industry trends.
7. Wellness Program Development: Collaborate with the health professionals to develop and implement wellness programs, and events that align with the spa's mission and enhance the customer experience.
8. Inventory Management: Maintain adequate inventory levels of spa products and supplies, and oversee ordering and restocking processes.
9. Facility Maintenance: Ensure the spa facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe for clients and staff, and coordinate repairs and renovations as needed.
Qualifications: Previous experience in spa management or hospitality industry

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness practices, and industry trends
- Proficiency in business and financial management
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in massage therapy, esthetics, or related field (a plus).
