Seeking a salon receptionist to be the first individual to greet each one of our guests. Experience a must.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Warmly greet clients, walk them to their proper station and inform assigned stylist of their arrival.
Book and confirm appointments via phone.
(Versed in Phorest Salon Software is a plus).
Process transactions (cash and credit cards).
Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area.
Inform clients about new services/products
Update client records with contact and billing details
Maintain a tidy reception area
