Pilates Instructor needed in the Hamptons!

The Role

-Program and lead reformer group classes, privates, & duets in-studio

-Follow NYP Programming Guidelines and stay updated with product changes

-Commit to a regular teaching schedule and fulfill monthly subbing duties

-Represent NYP and adhere to brand standards through professional dress, presentation, and communication

-Foster and build a strong community among students and peers

-Actively promote NYP classes and schedule

-Complete monthly subbing requirements based on employment status

Required Skills

Completed Pilates Reformer Certification required, comprehensive certification a plus

Experience teaching group reformer Pilates classes

Ability to adapt and show resilience, being flexible and pivot based on prioritization of student and/or growing business needs

Familiarity with Balanced Body equipment preferred

Act as a Company Ambassador, promoting the company through own actions and relationships

Positive, confident and kind demeanor

Anticipated hours/schedule (full-time or part-time):

Part-time: 15 hours/week (15 classes)

Full-time: 30 hour/week (30 classes) (Benefits included for FT)

Pay range (Tier structure breakdown)

base ranges from $50-$57/class or hour

attendance bonuses ranges from $0-$4/head after 10 heads

Average $90/HR
