We are seeking a motivated and passionate Junior Stylist to join our team and work alongside our Master Stylist. As a Junior Stylist, you will have the unique opportunity to learn from an experienced professional while growing your own clientele and developing your skills behind the chair.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Master Stylist in various hairstyling tasks and salon operations.
Learn and implement advanced styling techniques under the guidance of the Master Stylist.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Provide basic hair services such as shampooing, conditioning, glazing and blow-drying.
Laundry, dishes, and other basic salon cleaning.
Active on social media.
Requirements:
Cosmetology license
Previous experience in a salon.
Strong passion for the beauty and industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
